Coach Sammy Baily
Owner and Head Coach
Coach Sammy has loved the sport of volleyball since the first day she stepped on a court in the 7th grade. Although she was late to the game, that did not determine her success. Coach Sammy lead her high school team as team captain through many successful seasons and to their first ever State championship in 2012 and runner up in 2013.
After high school Coach Sammy moved to Florida to play college volleyball at St. Johns where she helped lead into a record-breaking season and broke school records while she was there.
Now, Coach Baily Coaches Kako'o 16U where she strives to teach not only volleyball, but the importance of life lessons.
When Coach Sammy isnt in the gym, you can find her at the beach soaking up some sun and playing in the water with her husband and 3 year old son, Kahukai.
Coach Aeron
Coach Aeron has been playing sports since the 4th grade. Engaging in both basketball and volleyball, he has learned and played these sports from the beginner level all the way through the high school level. His background in different sports is important to him because it helps him emphasize athleticism that may be overlooked from a single perspective.
Currently, Aeron helpes coach the 12U of Kako'o Volleyball Acadamy. Here, he helps instill fundamental skills as well as a competitive spirit in the players. "I enjoy helping these kids because positive direction is important during these developmental years of their lives".
Lastly, Coach Aeron enjoys indoor rock climbing and fishing during his free time!
Coach Lauren
Coach Lauren played all types of sports in high school and still enjoys playing volleyball occasionally with friends.
She is currently a Physical Therapy student and love to promote any type of proper movement.
Coach Lauren has worked with kids in all different types of settings and loves being able to instill a sense of confidence at a young age.
During her free time, you can find her enjoying the gym, cooking, and going to the beach with friends and her new fiancé CJ.
